How Will My Item Be Shipped?

Your items are shipped via either UPS or USPS. Free shipping options are sent via USPS. No signature is required upon delivery unless the package is being delivered to an apartment building or if UPS determines a signature is necessary for secure delivery.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Exact shipping costs will vary depending on the specific item(s) in your order and your delivery address. You will be able to view and choose from the available shipping methods and their associated charges during the checkout process. Please note that we are not able to send international packages as gifts. For all international orders, customers are responsible for any and all additional charges that may apply once the dress arrives in your destination country, such as import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees.

Where Do We Ship To?

Within the USA, we ship to all 50 states and US territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO (Army/Air Force Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Outside of the USA, we ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

How Long Will It Take to Ship?

All orders typically take up to 24 business hours to process. This processing time may be slightly longer during our peak seasons (such as prom season). Once your order is processed and confirmed, you will be provided with an estimated ship date. This date can vary based on several factors, including the specific style, color, and size you ordered, and whether the item is currently in our stock or needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer. During checkout, we will ask for the date you need the item by. We will only charge your payment method (unless you pay via PayPal) if we can guarantee delivery by that requested time. The shipping time frames for expedited services (like overnight or 3-day select) are calculated from the date the item ships, not from the date you place your order. Keep in mind that all shipping time frames begin from the estimated ship date provided once your order is confirmed, not from the moment you complete your checkout.
